Poppy was a cat who had a mind of her own. When she wanted affection you knew about it, but you also knew when she wanted her own space.She used to greet me at the front door when I got home from work to let me know she was hungry, and I hope, glad to see me.Sadly, her heart was starting to fail, she was in pain and the vets couldn’t help, so the only option was to let the vets put her to eternal sleep. I shall never forget her, and I am getting her ashes back, so she’ll always be with me.xx
