It made me happy to see you lazing in the sun, under a plant, your white paws and chest gleaming. It seems fitting that you passed peacfully, lying in the sun.I know that you weren't, in fact, mine but that doesn't mean that I loved you any less, or that I won't miss you every day.

Muffin you were a constant presence in my life for the last 21 years - you were always with me and we shared a unique bond. I know that we always managed to understand each other. Your affection was undying and it broke my heart the day that I had to let you go and I hope that you have found peace at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for your Daddy to come along.
