Dear Shadow, I hope wherever you are, you find your way back to me. I still expect you to come back to me. YOu were my reason for life, and still are, I keep telling myself to go on, making myself think you will come back to me. I want to hold you again, thought some might say your just a dog, you were life to me. ANd you never cared when i cryed on you, or held you. You loved me and i loved you. My sweet Whitey, you were with me for 18 years and we went through the good and bad times together. Thank you for your wonderful company. It broke my heart to see you dying. Thank you for holding on to your dear life until you could say farewell to me. I thank God that I could be with you when you died. I think of you everyday and night.
