Blossom, you were such a tiny kitten when Jim brought you home as a surprise for me. You were so full of life. You were with me for 6 years but that wasn’t long enough. When you went missing, I searched and called and posted flyers hoping you were coming back. It breaks my heart to realize now that it’s possible the owl we heard two nights before you disappeared could have taken you. I’m so sorry I didn’t know and didn’t protect you better.
