My beautiful boy was run over whilst crossing a busy road to go exploring last Wednesday, and now I feel as though my heart has been ripped out. I miss you sucking and nosing my ears to wake me up in the morning with your rumbling purr, your whiskers tickling my nose, whilst I stroke your strong, soft back from head to tail. I see your beautiful, intelligent face looking at me and think of the wonderful life you should have had. I miss you more than words can say.
