The first time we met, you were just a skinny little runt with big ears. I didn’t know then how much you would come to mean to me. You saw me through births, deaths, and many other ups and downs. You were always a source of comfort. Yours was truly an unconditional love. Your place on the bed is empty now, just a few traces of your fur. Your new home is just a few feet away, outside my window. Thanks for always being there for me. I will always remember you warmly. So long old friend.
