Sam, my darling dog. You told me you’d had enough and needed to rest. Taking you to the vet to say goodbye was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Thank you for your unconditional love, loyalty and all the fun and laughs we had together. I will never forget you. You’ll always be in my heart xxx
