Sid ~When mum brought you home I was only 4, but you were my best friend. In the first week you curled up in my lap and fell asleep. Over the years we both grew up and became more independent. But at the end of the day you always came back to me – following me round the garden and sleeping in my lap like you did as a baby.In January you got cancer and by August you were blind. My comfort is that you didn’t die alone, and now you’re in heaven without cancer and with perfect vision! Love always!
