Heidi, you came to us at 8 weeks old, so tiny and playful. You grew into a beautiful German Shepherd, always alert and by our sides. We cared for you and you responded with love and affection. The shock of your sudden death will last and hurt for a long time. We want you to know that we will always love you and remember your gentleness. Heidi was the dearest little dog you could ever have. She was faithful to the end. Her little face could always make you smile and laugh. Everywhere she went she could always get a treat. Life will not be the same without little Heidi. There will always be place for her in my heart. I know she is free from pain and can run and play again. This is the one comfort that I have.
