You have been with me for almost all of my life .I cannot remember the time before you came and now I have the hardest task before me that I have ever had to face, life without you and even though I knew that one day you would go and I would have to go on without you nothing prepared me for how hard it is . I will remember and love you for ever.

Many will say that you were just a goldfish but you were more than that to me . You were a friend and an entertainer. You helped me to learn what it was like to be responsible for someone else and you helped me to grow up.

I took you for granted when I had you and only when I knew that your time was coming to an end did I realise that I was going to be so lost without you. I am sorry that I did not do more to make you feel special in the early days but I always will remember you and love you.

When I needed you , you were there , you made me feel that I had a reason to carry on and you got me over the hardest time in my life. I will never forget you.

You and I were so close that I often forgot that you were a cat. You were always there what ever I was doing and sometimes I am sure that you seemed to tell me what to do even though you could not talk. I feel that a part of me is missing and I know that I will miss you every day. Goodbye.

I will miss you and remember you always as the pet that helped me through the hard times . You were fun when I needed fun and quiet when I needed to be reflective. I will miss you.

An independant soul like yours could never be tied down for long but you came around enough for me to know that you were there . Now that I will never see you again I take comfort from Knowing that wherever you are you are free.

You had a happy life and although your passing brings much sorrow I take comfort from the knowledge that you were loved by us all.

You were a friend to me when I was alone and you gave me many hours of happiness. Your memories will be with me always.
